We ship orders from Monday-Friday with a processing time of 1 - 2 business days. Delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address or effects resulting from high season might affect shipment dates.
Generally, items featured on our website are available for sale and ready to ship. Unavailable items are indicated on the in each items more information page.
Please note: Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our studio until when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination.
Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse. Depending on your location, we may use USPS or FeDex Smart Post to P. O. Boxes or Military posts
Once your item is shipped and arrives to your address, you will be notified accordingly.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 3 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
